Welcome to Progresivo Academy. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website progresivo.academy, its platforms, and the online education services provided by PROGRESIVO INDIVIDUAL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (“Progresivo Academy”, “we”, “us”).

• Course prices are shown on the site and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are made through the available payment methods and processed by third-party payment providers; Progresivo Academy does not store your full payment details.
• A purchase is confirmed once the payment is approved. You will receive a receipt and access instructions.
• Progresivo Academy may change its prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already confirmed.

Once your payment is confirmed, you get access to the purchased course under the conditions stated for each product (time-limited or lifetime access, as applicable).

Access requires an internet connection and a compatible device. It is your sole responsibility to meet the minimum technical requirements needed to view the content.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

In jurisdictions where consumer protection law grants a right of withdrawal, it will apply as required by the law in force. Since our courses are digital products with immediate access, starting to use the content may affect your eligibility for a refund, as set out in that policy and in the applicable law.

All Content on the platform — courses, videos, materials, text, logos, trademarks, and software — belongs to Progresivo Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.

Purchasing a course grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the content for personal educational purposes only. You may not:

• Record, download (except materials expressly made available for download), or share access.
• Use the content for commercial or public purposes without written permission.

Certificates of completion issued by Progresivo Academy confirm participation in and/or successful completion of the relevant course. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not official degrees and carry no state academic accreditation.

We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control, without any liability for Progresivo Academy.

13. Limitation of Liability and No Guarantee of Results

Our courses serve educational and training purposes. Progresivo Academy does not guarantee any specific results, such as income, profitability, employability, or professional or business success.

You acknowledge that any results you may achieve depend on many factors outside Progresivo Academy’s control, including your effort, dedication, prior experience, knowledge, skills, personal circumstances, market conditions, and how you apply what you learn.

Progresivo Academy is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, missed opportunities, or any personal, professional, business, or financial decisions you make based on course content, nor for results that differ from what you expected.

14. Personal Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, drafted in line with applicable data protection regulations.

15. Complaints Book

As required by Peruvian consumer protection law, Progresivo Academy provides a Virtual Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones), permanently accessible on our website: Libro de Reclamaciones.

Complaints will be handled within the maximum period set by current regulations (fifteen business days). Filing a complaint does not prevent you from contacting the competent consumer protection authorities.

16. Changes to These Terms

Progresivo Academy may change these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on this page along with its update date. Continuing to use the services after publication means you accept the changes.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Judicial District of Lima, without prejudice to any rights granted to you by consumer protection law in your country of residence.
